Do you accept cash?
Due to security reasons, we are unable to accept cash payments. All services must be paid for by card.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins but it is subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability.
Why do I need a patch test?
Patch tests are required prior to certain treatments to ensure your skin does not have an adverse reaction to the products used to complete your treatment. This is an important safety step designed to protect you from potential irritation, sensitivity, or allergic reactions.
Please book your patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. If you have previously had reactions, have sensitive skin, are pregnant, have started new medication, or have not had this treatment with us before, a patch test is mandatory.
Patch tests are required to take place in salon.
Do you accept cancellations?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation requests made outside 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a £10 cancellation fee.
